Event Parking and Restrictions
Parking is limited at the Race HQ located at Draytons Winery and for this reason we encourage participants and supporters to utilise the FREE shuttle service (see details below).
There will be pre-paid parking only available at Draytons Winery at a price point of $20 per day or $30 for 2 days. Please visit the below link to purchase your parking pass. Parking will only be available to those with PRE-PAID PARKING PASSES.
Drayton’s car park opening hours:
- Friday, 21st June 2019: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
- Saturday, 22nd June 2019: 4:00am – 10:00pm
Cars may only remain onsite overnight if a 2 day parking pass is purchased.
Event Shuttle Bus
A shuttle bus service will operate over the course of the weekend to/from Race HQ located at Drayton’s Winery from Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and Cessnock City Centre. Shuttle bus services will operate every 10 minutes from both terminals in the 2 hours leading up to the start of each race and every 15-20 min at all other times.
Shuttle services will only run from Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on the Friday 21 June. On Saturday 22 June the services will run from Cessnock city centre and Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley.
