You can enter online using secure credit card payment (VISA and MasterCard) via the Register Now button below. Online entry is quick and easy and secures your place in the event.

 

Refunds & Withdrawals

 

  • All entry fees are non-refundable.
  • All race changes are subject to a $15.00 admin fee.
  • Participants are able to transfer entries online to another participant if they are unable to attend. All race changes are subject to a $25.00 admin fee. 

 

Race Day Entries

 

Race day entries will be available unless the event has sold out.

 

Closing Date

 

Online entries close at midnight, Thursday 12 November 2020 for the 102k and midnight, Friday 13 November 2020 for all other events  (VISA and MasterCard only). Entries are also available in person at the Event Expo, located at The Crowne Plaza, Hunter Valley. The Event Expo will be open from Thursday 12 November 2020 (EFT or cash accepted).

 

Fees & Payments

 

Entry fees are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Your card statement will show your entry fee payment processed by “Pont3 Sydney Running Festival”.
